Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
DROIDWERK - AUTOMACAO E IA ME, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 62.690.262/0001-82 (DroidWerk), is the controller of the personal data processed on this website (www.droidwerk.com.br). This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with and how you exercise your rights, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
2. Data we process
Contact: the website form does not send data to DroidWerk servers; it opens WhatsApp with the message you wrote. We process the name, e-mail, phone number and content you send us by WhatsApp or e-mail. Metrics: Vercel Web Analytics records visits in aggregate, without cookies. Google Analytics only loads if you accept cookies. The website does not ask for payment details or documents.

Answering contacts and preparing proposals (LGPD art. 7, V and IX: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). Measuring website use in aggregate to improve it (art. 7, IX: legitimate interest). Google Analytics and its cookies (art. 7, I: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting and website metrics), Google LLC (Google Analytics, only with your consent) and WhatsApp/Meta (when you choose to contact us there). We may also share data when the law or an authority requires it.
5. International transfer
These providers may process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. In those cases the transfer follows LGPD art. 33, with the contractual safeguards each provider offers.
6. How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer and maintain the business relationship, or for the period required by law. Google Analytics data follows the retention period configured in the tool. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. If you decline, they are not stored. Your choice is saved in this browser, and you can change it or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to confirm that we process your data, and request access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability and information about who we share it with; you can also withdraw consent or object to processing (LGPD art. 18). You may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
9. DroidNote
The DroidNote app runs on your computer. DroidWerk does not receive the audio, transcripts or notes it produces. If you set the app to use the OpenAI API with your own key, that data is sent to OpenAI and governed by its privacy policy.
10. Security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole website.
